[attr="class","field"]Raluca is the elder sister of the head of the Dalca family, and is currently acting as the supervisor of Taixuan. Despite this, Raluca has her family Crest, and will retain it for the time being due to the unique situation among the Dalca. Generally speaking, the Dalca give birth to female heirs almost exclusively. A family gifted with exceptionally high quality magic circuits, they simultaneously suffer from a very low number of said circuits. Thus the head of the family is generally the daughter with the highest number of circuits, whom marries a mage with the highest amount of good quality magic circuits available. The rest of the children are historically married into other families who wish to breed in their quality magic circuits. Though Raluca has the highest circuit count, she is unable to have children, and is only an interim holder of the Crest until her sister with the second highest count reaches maturity.

• Inherently Raluca tries to do the right thing, and is full of generosity and kindness. That being said, she is not a pushover nor is she disillusioned, and she knows how to make hard decisions when necessary.
• She loves to volunteer whenever the opportunity arises, and she’s done everything from charity work, to helping shelter animals, to even building playgrounds or doing renovation work around the city.
• She is adept at two forms of martial arts, and she is an accomplished marksman with various handguns.
• She does not drive, preferring to walk when possible, or she takes public transportation.
• An avid blogger, Raluca runs a site for food and clothing reviews. Perhaps as a result of this, she tends to bring up and use internet memes or lingo when speaking.
• Habitually touches those she‘s talking to, such as on their arm or shoulder, and is fond of casual physical contact.
• Loves board games, yet has notoriously bad luck and often loses. She doesn’t have a preference for type/kind of board game.
• She has a habit of talking to ordinary animals, often greeting them like people.
• She cannot sleep after having watched a scary movie. She either needs someone with her to use as a security blanket, or she has to watch something funny/happy before bed.
• Counts her teeth with her tongue when she’s nervous or thinking hard about something.

• SELF DEFENSE - Raluca is pretty adept at hand to hand combat, as well as firearms useage. Granted, this isn’t very effective against magic, but then again if you’re chanting an incantation and she shoots you in the face… Point is, she can take care of herself in non magical ways.
• MAGICAL MEDICINE - Raluca is a decent healer, though she does not rely heavily upon complicated spell work to do so. She‘s studied various forms of holistic medicine and treatments, including herbs and acupuncture. Combining this with some simple spells and prana manipulation, she is able to effectively heal most injuries, illnesses, and ailments. Its’ not instantaneous as true healing magecraft, but it does the job just as well.
• DALCA CREST - Her family is often hailed only as being the bearers of children with powerful magic circuits. Walking wombs. Though the family has historically lived up to this reputation, they have not shirked their studies. While their lineage trait is to produce female heirs, and to strengthen the magic circuits of other lines almost without fail, their unique magical study focuses on the concept of birth and reproduction as related to Gaia. Closely tied with the element of earth, they are historically very powerful manipulators of flora, and to some extent fauna. They are also able to impart parcels of prana easily and effectively into clay dolls, animating them into familiars. Theirs is the ability to ‘give life’ to inanimate objects and plants. Raluca does not wield this power well, though her habit of talking to plants and animals is likely due to this connection
• LIVING FAMILIARS - Raluca uses doves as her main form of familiar, and they are always alive. Using the abilities of her family crest, she can impart some of her prana into the birds and passively skims what they see as needed. Currently she also uses butterflies and moths for her dabblings with the black faction.
