I would like to request a plot thread with Raluca sometime. His role as Mage's Association Overseer puts him in Taixuan and a bunch of rowdy Masters too. I'm unsure if Taixuan Supervisor is synonymous with Second Owner, but Raluca seems like someone just as good to speak with. Typically before a Magus sets up a workshop on a Spiritual Land he doesn't own he seeks the permission of the Second Owner to do so. Luciel is a magus of tradition and would like to speak with Raluca regarding permission to do so for himself and the Masters of Red Team.

Luciel would also end up requesting a private meeting between Csilla and himself.  It's just him being in everyone's business and all.  I think they could surprisingly get along.  He would quiz her motives for being in the Grail War, and if she were to inform him that she had a wish she truly wanted he would give the wish to her.  After all, the wish itself is not what he truly seeks from this War~
