Say whatever you need to say about the character's past. For servants, you should give a brief summary of their legend, clarifying what parts aren't true (if any). For masters, a general idea of their history, especially their magic crest and lineage, is all we really need.
Describe their personality. If paragraphs are too hard for you, go ahead and list positive/negative traits, but include a couple sentences elaboration on each trait. Be sure to include your character's wish for the Holy Grail or explain why they don't have a wish.
Describe what your character can do in combat, detailing their strengths and weaknesses. Don't forget to list their powers and spells! Every mage should have enough built-in weaknesses that they can be defeated.
You can either list out strengths and weaknesses separately, or you can list by powers, discussing each power's strengths and weaknesses.
For Masters, make sure to include how their Magic Circuits affect their Servant's parameters and Noble Phantasm strength. In general, any competent mage has no problem. Any incompetent or/and inexperienced mage has. It can depend on the Servant (stronger Servants have higher maintenance.) Specify the stat and the letter rank it would decrease to.

Servants only. Your initial parameters are your class' base parameters. You may have up to THREE skills starting at rank C. You have THREE letter upgrades to spend as you wish to bring your skills/parameters up a letter grade with each upgrade. You may not have EX-level skills or parameters. You may DEDUCT a letter rank to gain an extra upgrade ONCE.
You may have an addition of THREE parameter upgrades if you were summoned in the origin of your character's lore. TWO if it is in the same continent. By default, summons took place in England. Ask your Master! If you apply this section, please mention it in the notification.
Class skills are free for the appropriate class. Saber receives Magic Resistance (C) and Riding (B). Archer receives Independent Action (B) and Magic Resistance (D). Lancer receives Magic Resistance (C) and Battle Continuation (B). Rider receives Riding (A). Caster receives Item Construction (C) and Territory Creation (A). Assassin receives Presence Concealment (C).
You may have any number and power of noble phantasm that makes sense for your character's lore.
